Production Manager

Our client, a manufacturing company in the plastics injection sector, isn't looking for someone to manage the production floor. They're looking for someone to own it. What you'll be doing This is accountability, not micromanagement. You'll own your numbers, your production plan, your quality, your downtime and you'll be trusted to make the calls that keep them where they need to be. You'll lead a team, not just a process, and you'll have the authority on the floor to back it up. What we're looking for University degree, ideally complemented with management training 4+ years in a similar role within an industrial production environment Proven experience in plastics injection processes; knowledge of foaming, lamination, electrode welding, or infrared processes is a strong plus Familiarity with Core Tools methodologies (8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA) Leadership that shows: this role leads teams, not just processes Solid grasp of the production process and products under your watch, plus working knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental standards English required; German is a plus Why this one's worth your time This is a plant where production leadership has real weight in the operation not a role buried in reports and approvals.
